Integrated database software for arts and cultural organisations, theatres, museums, arts centres and so on incorporates a single database with multiple functions, usually incorporating features such as fundraising (development), membership, patron management, ticketing/box office functionality, event management and general contact management. Often it will provide functionality so that you can sell tickets (and maybe donations) online on your web site, often incorporating the supplier's payment processing system.
