Software License Agreement
Before
you download the software, you must read and agree to the following

(hereinafter THE SOFTWARE), as designed by Ivan Wainewright (hereinafter
THE DEVELOPER) you are agreeing to
be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. COPYRIGHT
THE SOFTWARE and accompanying written materials are owned by or licensed
to THE DEVELOPER.
2. LICENCE GRANT
You are granted the right to use THE SOFTWARE for free on a single
computer or on a licensed computer network. You may not sub-licence,
sell, rent or resell any portion of THE SOFTWARE. You may not reverse
engineer, disassemble, decompile (except to the extent permitted
by applicable law) or make any attempt to discover the source code
of THE SOFTWARE. You may not translate or create derivative works
based on THE SOFTWARE.
3. SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
No support or maintenance are offered for THE SOFTWARE. If THE DEVELOPER
does release amendments of THE SOFTWARE then he has the right to
withhold such amendments.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE DEVELOPER disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied,
including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to software and
the accompanying written materials. In particular (but without limitation)
THE DEVELOPER does not warrant that the software is error free or
that it meets your particular requirements or will work in conjunction
with any third party software or hardware configuration.
THE DEVELOPER shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever (including,
without limitation, damages for loss or profits, business interruption
loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of
the use or inability to use this software, even if THE DEVELOPER has
been advised of the possibility of such damages.
