SomeHelp
Pre-Sales FAQs
Why Is SomeHelp free?
At the moment, you need to have Access 2000 or later to use
SomeHelp, we can't offer formal support and it is not set-up
to be a commercial product.
What are the PC requirements?
You need Access 2000 or later installed on each PC on which you want to use
SomeHelp. If you can run Access then you can run SomeHelp.
Do you offer support?
At the moment we don't offer any formal support plan (but if the demand is
there then we may consider this). But if you have any problems then check
out our Technical Support FAQs and if that doesn't help then you are
welcome to send us an email and we will respond as soon as we can.
However, as the database is simple
to use you shouldn't
hit
any problems.
How do I get a copy of SomeHelp?
Just go to our Download page.
I think I've found a bug! What do
I do?
First of all check out our Technical
Support FAQs and if that doesn't help then just fill in the form
on the Report
a bug page. If it is a bug then we'll try to fix it in future
releases.
Can I suggest a new feature which
I would find useful?
Certainly. Please fill in the form on
the Suggest an enhancement page and if
it's something which would enhance the database or benefit other
users as well then we'll try to include it in future releases.
Do I need to know Access to use
SomeHelp?
No, not at all.
As it is written in Access, can
I change the database?
Sorry, not for now.
